Dear Deacon Club members,

During this unusual and chaotic period in our world, we wanted to take a moment to reach out and extend support and encouragement to you and the entire Wake Forest community. We recognize that there are many new, unknown, and difficult situations happening across our country, and that many of you are being impacted by them right now.

As there are many unknowns, we want to be transparent and open with our members to keep you updated on what is happening in the Deacon Club and in Wake Forest Athletics.

In accordance with social distancing, Deacon Club staff members are now working remotely, and we are moving to a virtual ticket office and eliminating face-to-face interaction at our ticket office windows. Staff members will still be available by phone or email. Please do not hesitate to reach out to any staff members with questions or if you need assistance with anything. Our top priority is the health and safety of our Wake Forest families.

We will continue to communicate with you regarding updates related to COVID-19 and Wake Forest Athletics. For the most up-to-date information on COVID-19 and answers to FAQs, please visit coronavirus.wfu.edu.

Communication is key during a time like this, and as more information and details become known, we all must look to help one another as much as possible and within recommended safety regulations and guidelines. I am grateful for your patience, cooperation, flexibility and continued support. Again, please do not hesitate to reach out to us with questions or to seek assistance.

Sincerely,

Barry Faircloth
Senior Associate AD, Development and Sales
