This message was sent to faculty and staff.

Dear colleagues:

Preparations continue for the possibility of a partial reopening of campus this fall; we are grateful for the engagement of so many faculty and staff members in helping shape the complex decisions involved.

To aid in this vital effort, please find here a brief anonymous survey regarding your on-campus work preferences for this fall. It should take fewer than five minutes to complete; please respond by noon on June 4. The survey will remain open after that and the initial responses will be vital for planning purposes. Individual responses will be held by Human Resources and the collective responses will help inform initial planning for the fall.
Of course much remains uncertain at this point, but–as underscored in continuing forums and discussions across campus–the safety of you and fellow-colleagues, and of our students and the surrounding community, is paramount. In the coming weeks we will be able to share plans for employee health services to support infection prevention and control. All of these health and safety resources and policies will be available on a new site dedicated to this effort.
Many thanks for your willingness to complete this brief initial survey. We will provide additional opportunities for input in the coming months.
With gratitude,
Rogan & Hof
