Summer Pick-Up of Stored Items

I hope this message finds you well! We are writing today because you chose to have items packed during our Spring 2020 move-out process. Our professional movers will complete the process of packing and storing your items in our secure, climate-controlled storage facility by June 30.

We are prepared to keep your items stored until classes resume in the fall, so please know there is no expectation for you to do anything with your items until the start of the fall semester.

We also know there may be students who could not come to move out in May or June who might want or need to get their belongings over the summer. As such, we have organized a process for item pick-up for any interested students.

NOTE: It is important to understand that if you want to get your belongings this summer, you will be expected to take ALL of your items; we cannot allow for partial pick-up.

Appointments for summer pick-up will be available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays at 10 a.m., 12 p.m., and 2 p.m. beginning Monday, July 6 through Saturday, August 8. Appointments must be scheduled via our Housing Portal at least four days in advance. You may schedule an appointment for a proxy to pick up your items for you. You will be able to designate your proxy within the portal process. Once you schedule your appointment, you will receive additional details.
