Hello Demon Deacons,

Here on campus, the Office of Residence Life and Housing continues to facilitate our move-out process. Those returning to campus to claim their items should return their keys after removing all property from their room. For those that are not returning to campus, had a key packed, or otherwise have not returned their key, this is a final reminder to ensure you return your key to our office.

To do so, please mail your key to the Office of Residence Life and Housing in a small box, padded envelope, or a thick cardboard envelope. Keys mailed in a standard paper envelope have the potential to be lost or damaged in transit. Please include in the envelope or package your full name, Student ID number, Residence Hall, and room number.

When mailing your key back, please use the address below:
Wake Forest University
Office of Residence Life and Housing
Attn: Lisa Harris
WFU Box 7749
Winston-Salem, NC 27109

Please save your tracking number for your records. Keys must be postmarked no later than June 12, 2020. Any keys not returned or postmarked after June 12th will be considered lost, and your student account will be billed for a lock record.

If you have already mailed your key in, please disregard this message. If you do not have a key to return because it has been lost, missing, or not in your possession, please notify our office by emailing housing@wfu.edu.

Best –
