I’m writing with a quick update to our process. Due to extremely high demand, our portal is providing many with errors and our staff is unable to get in to activate the move-out process.
We are working currently with our partner on a solution that may result in your current session being terminated in order to give our staff access.
As noted before, every student will need to visit the Housing Portal to indicate their move-out intent. What we would ask is that if you are indicating you’ve already moved out or are not returning to campus, please wait to enter the Housing Portal at a later time.
For those seeking to schedule self move-out appointments, please follow the schedule below:
- Seniors – 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
- Juniors – 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
- Sophomores – 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Freshmen – 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
It is imperative that you honor this schedule so everyone can sign-up. Otherwise the system will continue to crash and produce errors. We have worked with our vendor to maximize the number of users who can be in the system, but that still cannot handle everyone at once. If you get try to log on and get an error, please try again in a few moments.
Once you are finished selecting your move-out options, please click Log Out in the header to free up space for another student. If you’re unable to access the Housing Portal after 24 hours please contact us at email@example.com.
