The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) has determined that eligibility for the Spring 2020 Dean’s List does not require 12 letter-graded (A-F) hours and may include pass/fail hours. You are receiving this email because OUR has determined that you are registered for 12 or more letter-graded hours this semester. If you retained 12 or more letter-graded hours in order to be eligible for the Dean’s List, then you are allowed to appeal your status and elect any letter-graded course as pass/fail under the COVID-19 Spring 2020 policy.

Please complete the appeal form if you wish to change your letter-graded mode to pass/fail in any class(es). No other changes are allowed. Keep in mind that at least one course must remain in letter-graded mode to meet the requirement of at least a 3.4 GPA. Your appeal must be received by 11:59 p.m. EDT on Monday, April 27, 2020.

Your appeal form can be accessed via this unique, one-time use link: [Survey link posted here]
